Returns/Exchanges

1. All items must be in brand new, unworn, tags attached and in the original condition. 
2. Final sale on all Sunglasses, Jewelry, Hats, Bags, Hair Accessories,Beauty, Sale Items and any other items deemed as an accessory. 
3. All items wanting to be returned/exchanged must be brought back to Match Made Stores within 14 days from the date purchased. 
4. If the customer does not want to exchange the item, they will be refunded the  same way they purchased the items.

ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGES: 

1. All items must be in brand new, unworn, tags attached and in the original condition. 
2. Final sale on all Sunglasses, Jewelry, Hats, Bags, Hair Accessories,Beauty, Sale Items and any other items deemed as an accessory.
3. Match Made Stores is NOT responsible for ANY lost packages once the items leave the store. ( if you feel as though your package had been lost, please submit a claim to USPS)
4. Send the item back within 21 days from the day you received the package for money back on approved returns. You are responsible for the shipping cost of a return item + it must be shipped back within the 21days.
5. Please email Matchmadecustomerservice@gmail.com for return/exchange instructions. 
6. We will issue full refund to your original form of payment within 2-4 business days from receiving your return package. 
7. Online purchases may be returned in person at our brick and mortar with receipt. See below for address.  
8. All sales are final with any discounted items and on all accessories.
